This artwork was created as the hero image for the BAFTA nominated "McQueen" Film 2019.
The piece comprises a physical sculpture made from resin completed with gold leaf finish, featuring a composition of flowers, birds & moths, which work in unison to form the skull's silhouette.
This iconic image has now been translated into the lenticular artwork shown here with the transition of flowers dying inside the gilded skull framework.
