Artists attempt to represent a modulation of shapes which tells the narrative of abstraction through landscape-based imagery and mystical monochromes, which capture the pivotal abstract art movement.
“Beyond Borders II: Abstraction.” The collective exhibition features six artists — Filiz Hatipoğlu, Beste Alperat, Gülten Imamoğlu, Cengiz Yatağan, Çağlar Tağcı, and Nicole Mano — who work with diverse mediums including marble, bronze, oil on canvas and mixed media. The artists' unique perspectives resonate a powerful concept of abstraction which goes beyond the limit of fixed identity. The exhibition runs from May 19th to June 17th, 2022, and brings the Turkish contemporary art scene to an international level.
